The Marriott Edinburgh Hotel Holyrood is conveniently located in the heart of Edinburgh's historic and beautiful old town. This 4-star hotel and spa in Edinburgh is just a 15-minute walk from Waverley Railway station and the bustle of the city's main thoroughfare, Princes Street.

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Health and Beauty Therapist to join our spa and leisure team. In this role, you will deliver a range of high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for hotel guests and members.

We are committed to providing a luxurious and tranquil spa experience. As a Health and Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional beauty and wellness treatments, promoting spa services, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Providing a range of spa treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere in all spa and treatment areas.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
Promoting and upselling spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
Following all health and safety regulations, including best practices for sanitation and guest care.
Collaborating with the leisure and spa team to deliver exceptional service and maintain spa standards.
Handling guest inquiries and providing information about available treatments and wellness programs.
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
