Potters are a sheet metal fabrication company based in Taplow, Berkshire. Our strong reputation with our existing client base has been built around offering design support, quality products and high levels of customer service.
We are looking for an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator, who is looking for work on a full-time and permanent basis.
Main Duties:
- Ability to operate plant and equipment or manufacturing processes on our Press Brake machines (Safan/Amada)
- Ability to work to a tolerance (+/- 0.2mm), small to medium batches, requiring a high degree of accuracy
- Ensures consistent high quality of finished product, working with 3rd and 1st angle engineering drawings
- Maintains a high-quality standard and ensures a good level of housekeeping
- Ability to use measuring equipment
- Reliable, accurate and flexible working attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Must have a can-do attitude
Working hours:
- Normal working hours: 07:30 am - 16:00 (Monday - Thursday), 7:30 am - 1:00 pm (Fridays)
- Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Pay is depending on experience.
