Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Supervisor:

Supervise and lead Event Team, providing training and ensuring high service standards are met.

What are we looking for?

The ability to lead, motivate, and train a team effectively, ensuring high levels of service and collaboration among staff.
A strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, with the ability to handle special requests professionally.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, Event or fine dining setting.
Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
Ensure exceptional service quality
Oversee Function Operations, ensuring smooth service, timely order fulfilment, and effective coordination between front and back of house.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reorder supplies, and ensure minimal waste.
Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, providing a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
