Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our growing team at SER to provide comprehensive administrative support to our directors & senior management team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and organisational abilities are paramount. The position is suitable for individuals with prior office experience who thrive in fast-paced settings.

- Comfortable assisting Directors/SMT - managing calendars, travel arrangements etc.
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate requirements and solve problems.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Senior Administrator, or similar role.
- Experience working in plant hire, construction, logistics, transport, engineering, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.
- Experience supporting senior managers or directors.
- Experience preparing reports, taking minutes, maintaining documentation.
- Knowledge business administration, compliance records, or document control.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
