The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who have worked within Employment Law. The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years PQE and be able to demonstrate their organisational skills, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectation.
- Report to Management Board: Attendance and Contribution
- Oversee and advise other members of department
- Oversee and ensure maintenance of work and fee income targets
- Report on performance
- Liaise with client both in person or remote meetings and in telephone discussions
- Receiving and issuing correspondence / mail from / to the client, agents on behalf of the client and third parties
- Time recording all work undertaken
- Attending on outside appointments to include court hearings, client visits etc. as required

- Acting on instruction of and reporting to Head of Employment
- Generate new work for department and firm
- Qualified Solicitor of 5+ Years

- Development and marketing of Department Evaluation and development of departmental staff

- To maintain Lexcel accreditation including completion of file reviews and CAR's
