Full job description

The Role

Brackley, UK

We are looking for a creative Digital Designer to join our creative design team on a 12 month fixed term contract and support the creation of engaging digital content across multiple platforms. You will work across a range of design projects, producing high-quality video, motion graphics, and digital assets used throughout the business.

A prior interest in motorsport is not required: we are interested in speaking to individuals with an impressive portfolio, strong creative thinking, and the ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Edit and produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and motion design tools.
Develop motion graphics packages including titles, transitions, lower thirds, visual effects, and colour grading.
Create content for live displays, LED screens, and event environments.
Design and adapt creative assets across multiple formats and platforms.
Review and enhance existing digital assets.
Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and visual identity.

About You

Essential Skills and Experience

Experience developing creative concepts and taking them through to final production.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proven experience creating video content, motion graphics, and digital assets for a variety of platforms.
Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, storytelling, sound design, typography, and animation.
Understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and delivery specifications.
Knowledge of current motion design trends and digital content style

Stay up to date with current industry trends and new technologies, sharing knowledge with the team to help push boundaries.
