Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team at the Bull Inn, Launton. The ideal candidates will be over 18, possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable from the moment they arrive until they leave.

We are offering competitive salary rates depending on experience. We are looking for individuals who are looking for ad hoc flexible working.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Support food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Over 18 due to the sale of alcohol.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
