Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper/Room Attendant and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor experiences comfort and satisfaction. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will contribute to the overall excellence of our hospitality service, making each guest's stay memorable and enjoyable.

Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to uphold high cleanliness standards
Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly
Maintain public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine cleaning tasks
Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Keep accurate records of rooms serviced and special requests fulfilled to support operational efficiency
Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels

Requirements

Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred
Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols to ensure safe working conditions
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required
