About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in introducing homeowners to our range of energy-efficient products and services. You'll engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and create opportunities for our sales consultants to provide tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Contact homeowners to discuss renewable energy and home improvement options.
Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, insulation, heating improvements, and energy-saving technologies.
Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns.
Schedule appointments for field-based sales representatives.
Keep customer records accurate and up to date using internal systems.
Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional approach.
Contribute positively to a high-performing sales team culture.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, customer service, or a sales-focused role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone.
A proactive and target-driven attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience within the renewable energy, solar, heating, insulation, or home improvement sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
