Production & Packing Team Member
Location: Hames Chocolates Ltd, Skegness
Hames Chocolates Ltd is looking for a full-time, permanent Team Member to join our busy Production and Packing Teams.
This hands-on role involves making and packing a wide range of chocolate products, including Easter eggs, chocolate bars, truffles, and Advent calendars. You will work as part of a friendly team to ensure products are manufactured and packed to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the production of chocolate products
- Packing and preparing products for distribution
- Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
- Following production schedules and workplace procedures
- Supporting colleagues and helping where needed across the department
- Operate chocolate making/packing equipment efficiently to meet daily targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures relate to production operations
What We're Looking For:

- Good attention to detail
- Basic maths skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Previous production or packing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
