Sales & Administration Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with colleagues regarding customer orders and stock availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and leasing companies.
- Keep dealers and leasing companies informed with regular updates on orders and deliveries.
- Assist with the day-to-day running and organisation of the office.
- Support end-of-month administration and reporting tasks.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond promptly to customer and supplier emails.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Have previous administration or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
Hours: Minimum 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Starting at £12.71 minimum
