Full job description

Compliance Officer Part-time (20 Hours per Week)

Hames Chocolates Ltd, Skegness, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance Team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audits and maintain food and packaging specifications to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Liaise effectively with other departments to gather and communicate compliance-related information.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with the general administration of the Compliance Office.
Support the Compliance Team with day-to-day activities and projects as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong numeracy and record-keeping abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Additional Information:

· Part-time hours (to be agreed)

· On-site role within a friendly and supportive team

· On-site parking

· 5.6 weeks holidays, which includes Bank Holidays and 2 weeks at Christmas
