About AJK Wills & Probate

AJK Wills & Probate is a trusted independent firm serving clients across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. We specialise in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning, providing a professional service with a personal approach.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist/Client Services Administrator to become the welcoming face of our Mablethorpe office.

This is an important front-of-house role. You will often be the first person our clients speak to, whether on the telephone or when they walk through our door. Many of our clients are older people and families, so kindness, patience and excellent customer service are essential.

Main responsibilities

Welcoming clients into the office.
Answering incoming telephone calls.
Booking appointments for our Estate Planner.
Assisting clients who visit the office without an appointment.
Witnessing document signatures (full training provided).
Preparing client paperwork and files.
Scanning, filing and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with our Head Office.
Keeping the office organised, tidy and welcoming.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and professional.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems.
Comfortable speaking with clients of all ages.
Reliable, trustworthy and discreet.
Able to work independently.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, banking, estate agency or legal services would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.

Pay: £13.05 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mablethorpe LN12: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
