Technology is central to how we operate and continue to grow. From our online stores to the systems that keep the business running day to day, our IT team plays a key role in driving the company forward — and that is where this role comes in.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead a small team of IT Assistants and take ownership of technology across the business. This is a varied role covering everything from maintaining and developing our eCommerce platforms to keeping our day-to-day IT infrastructure running smoothly.
This is a full-time, office-based position. You must be able to work from our Skegness office. We will not accept any remote work applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a small team of IT Assistants.
- Maintain and develop our existing eCommerce Magento platforms.
- Maintain and develop our bespoke B2C and B2B platforms.
- Manage IT infrastructure across the business — service, repair and replace hardware and systems as required.
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure and meet the needs of the business.
- Research and development of new and existing projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
- PHP
- MySQL
- CSS
- JavaScript
- Experience maintaining and developing eCommerce platforms (Magento highly desirable).
- Strong IT infrastructure and hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2025 and Hyper-V virtualisation.
- Ability to lead and support a small team.
- Able to complete projects within set deadlines.
- Maintain security over the whole IT Infrastructure.

Location
Important: This role is based full-time at our Skegness office. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to and work from this location.
