At Heart of Supply, we’re working with a large, welcoming primary academy in Lincoln looking for a part-time KS2 Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive, forward-thinking environment where great teaching is truly valued.
This role is more than delivering lessons - it’s about owning the planning and creating engaging, purposeful learning experiences. You’ll adapt lessons to meet a range of needs, challenge confident learners, and support those who need extra guidance, ensuring every child can succeed.
We’re looking for someone passionate, reliable, and confident in the KS2 curriculum, who can create a positive classroom where every pupil feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn.
About the school
This large primary academy in Lincoln offers a welcoming and inclusive environment where high expectations and a strong team ethos sit at the heart of daily school life. Staff work collaboratively to create engaging classrooms and maintain a clear focus on ensuring every pupil feels supported, confident, and ready to learn.
There’s a real emphasis on making learning purposeful and enjoyable, alongside encouraging pupils to take pride in their achievements and respect those around them. The school has a well-established culture of teamwork and consistency, making it a positive place to teach and contribute as part of a wider staff team.
With a well-resourced setting and a shared commitment to continuous improvement, this is a great opportunity for a teacher who wants to play an active role in shaping learning while working within a supportive, forward-thinking academy.

- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Recent experience teaching across KS2 (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
- Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible
- Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
- A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
