This position is based in our Production Department and answers to the Factory Manager.
We want someone to bring new ideas and assist in the implementation of a new ERP system, someone who can grow with the business, who will be capable of fulfilling several different roles within stores, computer literate and confident with excel and word is essential as well as being a good communicator. A Positive Can-Do Attitude Towards Work and a Flexible attitude is essential.
Leader-Job Summary
Day to day the role will involve a variety of tasks, working closely with the Factory Manager and Production Planning to ensure production is fully supported with raw materials as and when required. Collating work orders ahead of the production, stock control, deliveries, goods in /out, maintain stock system, stock adjustments, maintaining adequate stock levels for consumables, booking in stock, GRN allocations etc. collecting stock from various locations, unloading and supervising deliveries and collections. Ensuring all stock areas are kept organised, clean, and tidy. Attention to detail and good housekeeping are essential.
Qualifications and Skills
Warehouse experience Essential : 2 years plus
Familiar with Stock management techniques
Warehouse health & safety legislation
Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
Strong organisational and time management skills
Fork Lift Licence
Telehandler Licence
Responsibilities and duties
Picking goods for QA
Daily deliveries goods in
Goods out managing collections
Managing Stock levels
Updating Stock levels on ERP system
Kitting orders for production
Housekeeping
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 5-day week 8am until 4.30pm with occasional shift and weekend work.
Hours: Flexible working hours can be accommodated, to fit in with childcare or other commitments.
