Business Sales Manager – Holidays-4You

Location: Bridlington Office (working alongside our team)
Basis: Profit Share
Equipment Provided: Computer & Phone

We're handing over the reins.

Holidays-4You is established, profitable, and ready to grow. What it needs now is someone to step in and run it as their own.

This isn't a typical sales manager role. You won't be managing targets someone else set or chasing KPIs handed down from above. You'll be taking operational ownership of a complete business – website built, the UK's best interactive booking platform live, and customers already coming through.

Why This Business Works

We've built something unique. A holiday booking platform that fills a huge gap in the market.

Every holiday home listed is verified. Owners and guests get access to their own portal with automated messaging that actually works. New features are added monthly. The platform does what other booking systems don't – and people notice.

The business is running successfully. The early kinks that come with any startup? Done. The systems that needed refining? Refined. The market validation? Proven.

The opportunity exists because our other two businesses now take all of our time. We've built something that works. We need someone who can take it forwards.

This is absolutely the right time to step in. You're not joining at the risky beginning. You're stepping into something operational, with momentum, at the point where focused attention drives serious growth.

We recently received our National Caravan Council accreditation which means you will be part of a team who are regulated and care about our customers and processes.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll handle everything:

Selling listing space to holiday parks and accommodation providers across the UK
Customer service – answering enquiries, solving problems, building relationships
Managing bookings through the platform
Growing the client base – finding new parks, new listings, new opportunities
Running the day-to-day – because this business becomes yours to operate
Social Media Management

You'll work from our Bridlington office alongside our team in a busy environment. Computer and phone provided. Everything else – how you prioritise, who you target, how you structure your week – that's on you.

What the Right Person Looks Like

You're commercially minded. You understand that sign-up fees and booking commissions build over time, and you're comfortable working towards that compound effect rather than chasing a monthly salary.

You're not waiting for someone to tell you what to do. You see a live enquiry, you handle it. You spot a potential listing partner, you reach out. You notice something not working, you fix it.

Customer service doesn't drain you. Selling doesn't either. Ideally, you've done both – and you know the difference between a genuine lead and someone who's just looking.

You're happy working independently but won't disappear. We're still here. We built this. We'll support the transition and help when it's needed. But week to week, month to month – you're running it.

You can work in a busy office environment. Our team is active, the phone rings, things move quickly. If you need complete silence to function, this won't suit you.

The Commercial Reality

This is profit share. Not salary.

That means your income is directly tied to what the business generates. Sign-up fees from new listings. Booking commissions that build as more people use the platform. Renewals. Upsells. Growth.

The earning potential is substantial. The platform is proven. The market is there. But you need to be comfortable with variable income, especially early on, and motivated by the idea that what you build compounds.

If you need a guaranteed monthly figure from day one, this won't work.

If you're energised by the idea of walking into something ready-made and growing it into something significantly bigger – with the financial upside that comes with that – this could be exactly what you've been looking for.
