Brookes Geospatial LTD is a dynamic and growing land surveying company specialising in topographic surveys, setting out, and measured building surveys. We pride ourselves on delivering accurate and reliable data to our clients, with a focus on quality and innovation.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor | Setting Out Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to take ownership of diverse projects across the North West.

Responsibilities

Conduct topographic surveys and measured building surveys
Carry out accurate setting out for construction and engineering projects.
Ability to process own survey data
Work with AutoCAD and LSS to deliver clear and precise drawings.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism

Requirements

A minimum of 2+ years of on-site surveying experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD and LSS software.
Familiarity with Leica equipment (preferred)
Ability to independently process survey data and manage projects.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles and best practices.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
CSCS Card (preferred)
Clean Driving License (preferred)
