Job Summary

Join our team as a Babysitter and become a trusted caregiver dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. In this role, you will provide attentive supervision, support children's activities, and ensure their well-being during designated hours. Your positive energy and proactive approach will help foster a sense of security and happiness for families seeking reliable childcare assistance. Responsibilities

Supervise children during specified times, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures
Prepare snacks or meals as needed, following any dietary guidelines provided by parents
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up toys and activity areas
Follow parents’ instructions regarding routines, rules, and special needs or allergies
Communicate effectively with parents about children’s activities, behaviors, or any concerns that arise
Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations with calmness and appropriate action

Qualifications

Prior experience caring for children is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a caring attitude are essential
Ability to engage children in fun and educational activities while maintaining safety standards
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and children alike
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled shifts consistently
Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certifications are a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed
Must pass background checks to ensure a safe environment for children
