Company Overview

Masters of Mindset Ltd. (powered by ONE; Open Network Exchange) is a leader in sales management, dedicated to building high-performance sales teams. We are committed to building world class sales teams that sell luxury packages in the travel sector on behalf of our clients.

Summary

Location: Uxbridge, North-West London. Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week).

Salary: £45k p/y

Hours: 11am - 7pm, Mon - Fri

Reports to: UK Finance Director

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust controls, and supporting month-end and year-end processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance and provide reliable financial insight to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

Maintain the general ledger, including preparation and posting of journals, accruals, and prepayments
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with external audits by preparing and providing supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
Prepare VAT returns and other statutory filings
Maintain the fixed asset register
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to support management decisions
Partner with the UK Finance Director to continuously improve financial controls, processes, and reporting accuracy

Skills & Experience

Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA preferred)
Experience in financial accounting or a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
