As a Barista at Smith’s Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

Smith’s Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced as well as offering fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go Smith’s Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC prides itself on supporting the local community and giving back to its customers with a wealth of offers, loyalty and NHS discounts.

What being a Barista is all about?

Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit
Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability
Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
Working as part of a winning Team: pulling together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast pace environment.
