As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a warm, organised, and confident Front of House & Client Experience Coordinator to become part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who naturally enjoys people, thrives in a premium client environment, and has a genuine interest in skin, aesthetics, and the beauty industry.
The Role
Full time, permanent. Tuesday to Saturday (3 Saturdays/month).
Pay from £14 per hour depending on experience.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and you set the tone for their entire experience with us. From managing the diary and supporting consultations to handling enquiries, converting leads, and creating content that shows the day to day life of the clinic, this is a varied role with real opportunity to grow alongside the business.
This is a hands on, people first role. We want someone who loves being front of house, is confident on camera, and genuinely cares about clients having the best possible experience.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Client experience
- Welcome every client warmly and deliver a five star experience from first contact through to follow up
- Ensure a smooth, seamless check in and check out journey for every visit
- Answer phone calls, emails, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally
- Keep the clinic calm, organised, and to the premium standard we are known for
Bookings & sales
- Manage the diary and booking system to keep both treatment rooms running efficiently
- Respond to new enquiries quickly and guide clients towards the right treatment and a confirmed booking
- Secure deposits and book consultations and appointments with confidence
- Follow up warmly and consistently with leads who say “I will think about it” or stop replying, without ever sounding pushy
- Support consultations and confidently discuss treatments, skincare, and courses
- Help drive the business forward by hitting booking, conversion, and rebooking targets
Social media & content
- Capture and post day to day moments from the clinic to Instagram and stories
- Be comfortable and natural on camera, helping bring the brand to life on social media
- Share treatments, behind the scenes, and clinic life in a way that feels authentically LA Skin
- Work with the wider team to keep our social presence consistent and engaging
Clinic operations
- Maintain accurate client records and keep our systems organised
- Help with stock, retail, and keeping the clinic spaces immaculate
- Support the wider team with day to day operations and uphold clinic standards and hygiene
Duties may evolve in line with the needs of the business.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is naturally personable, proactive, and highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a real passion for client care. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have previous front of house, reception, clinic, spa, retail, or customer service experience
- Enjoy speaking with people and are confident handling sales conversations both in person and over the phone
- Know how to move a conversation towards a booking and follow up consistently
- Are confident, warm, and able to build trust quickly
- Are comfortable and confident on camera and enjoy creating social content
- Have an interest in skincare, aesthetics, wellness, or the beauty industry
- Are comfortable multitasking in a busy, fast paced environment
- Are confident using booking software such as Phorest, or similar
- Have excellent written and spoken English
- Are motivated by results and want earning potential based on performance
