Job Overview

DTF & Dye Sublimation Print Operator (Full Training Provided)

About Us

Printiz Ltd is a fast-growing print-on-demand (POD) company based in Smethwick, Birmingham (B66 1BZ). We specialise in customised apparel printing using professional DTF (Direct-to-Film) and dye sublimation printing technology.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our production team.

No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

As a Print Operator, you will receive full training to operate our professional printing equipment. Your daily duties may include:

Operate DTF and dye sublimation printing machines
Prepare garments and materials for printing
Monitor print quality and ensure products meet company standards
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
Follow production schedules to complete customer orders efficiently
Work closely with other production team members
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

Requirements

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Willing to learn new skills
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Detail-oriented with a good work ethic
Comfortable working as part of a team

Previous experience in DTF printing, dye sublimation, garment printing, warehouse or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential.

Full training will be provided to successful candidates.

Language Requirements

Applicants who can communicate in Mandarin Chinese are preferred, as many members of our production team speak Mandarin and Cantonese.

Basic English communication skills are also beneficial.

Working Pattern

Full-time and part-time positions available
Full-time applicants are preferred
Overtime may be available during busy periods

Pay

£12.71–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Our workshop is conveniently located and is easily accessible by public transport from Birmingham city centre and the surrounding areas.
