We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coater / General Labour to join our busy powder coating warehouse team.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting supervisors with the efficient day-to-day running of powder coating stations.
- Preparing and pre-treating metalwork prior to powder coating.
- Hanging metal components correctly for the powder coating process.
- Quality inspecting completed products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Packaging finished items securely for delivery or customer collection.
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping.
- Loading and unloading vehicles with pallets and goods when required.
Requirements:
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
- Previous powder coating experience is advantageous but not necessary, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm
During busy periods, employees may be required to start as early as 6:00am. Occasional Saturday work may also be available.
