Due to a recent expansion, here at Stepping Stones Day Nursery, we’re on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Early Years Apprentice to join our team. You’ll work with children aged 6 months – 4 years, learning new skills every day while studying for your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

★ What You’ll Be Doing ★
As an Apprentice at Stepping Stones, you will:
- Learn how to support children’s learning and development through play
- Join in with planning and delivering fun, exciting activities
- Work alongside our experienced team and get plenty of guidance to support you along your journey
- Have time set aside for your training and coursework
- Build up your skills until you’re ready to take on your own Key Person group

We think our apprentices are super important, so here’s what we offer:
- A competitive rate of £8.00 per hour
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4.15pm (some flexibility is available)
- Extra training time built in as needed within your working hours
- Two weeks off at Christmas (in line with the Norfolk County Council school calendar).

✔ What You’ll Need ✔
- GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade 4/C or above) – needed to start your Level 3 course
- Willingness to attend training sessions and meetings with your tutor
- An enhanced DBS check (we’ll help you with this)
- A genuine love of working with children and the drive to keep learning
