Location: Hillcrest Nurseries, Stanton, Suffolk
Pay: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week
Shifts: 8:00am/9.00am/10.00 to 3:00pm (depending on rota)
Weekend Working: Every other weekend (This may move to 1 in 3 in the future)

We're looking for a friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our busy coffee shop at Hillcrest Nurseries.
This is a varied role where you'll work across both the kitchen and front of house, helping us provide excellent food and outstanding customer service. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment and love being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Your duties will include:
- Preparing ingredients for breakfast and lunch service
- Plating and presenting food to a high standard
- Taking customer orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Waitressing and clearing tables
- Helping to keep the kitchen and coffee shop clean, organised and well stocked
- Washing up and supporting the team wherever needed
- Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive and friendly personality
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work
- Can remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- Has great customer service skills
- Previous café, restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
