Job title: Coffee Shop Manager - Needham Market
Responsible to: 127 Director
Responsible for: Daily operations and staff at the location
Contract: Permanent on successful completion of probation period
Salary: £30,000 per annum basic plus performance related bonus
Hours of Work: 40 hours a week, over various shifts Monday to Sunday including bank holidays
Location: The Coffee Shop Manager (Needham) will be based at the Duck and Teapot in Needham Market, with some presence required at Cabbages & Kings (Stowmarket) as and when required.

Who are we?
127 Trading Ltd is the trading subsidiary of the charity called the Mix Stowmarket Ltd. The charity Inspires, empowers, and supports young people, to enable them to develop resilience, to thrive and unlock their full potential.
127 Trading was established to generate unrestricted profit for the Mix. It is owned by The Mix charity and supported by a Board of Directors. We operate four separate sites. Our coffee shops are in Needham, Ipswich, Stowmarket and Hadleigh.
Overview and purpose of the role
Responsible for all daily operations at the Needham location as well as the development, management support of staff and provision of event catering at the Stowmarket site.
To maintain and grow high levels of profitability whilst also working to promote the work of The Mix charity in general and specially around Needham.
