Betts Property Investments Ltd. specializes in property investments.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Bookkeeper this role is vital in managing our financial records and supporting our investment activities. Your contributions will help us maintain accurate financial data and ensure smooth administrative operations. QuickBooks knowledge/experience is essential. This role is on a work from home basis, however a face to face monthly meeting will be required.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure data accuracy
Organisation of filing invoices/receipts
Assist with financial reporting and preparation of documentation.
Support administrative tasks related to property investments.
Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience with accounting software QuickBooks
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle accounts payable efficiently.
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bury St. Edmunds
