Church End Brewery is a small family run business currently in our 32 year. We have a brewery and three outlets. The Brewery Tap is open end of week and weekends.
We are looking for a manager who is kind to the bar staff they will manage and to customers; hard working and good in a small friendly team. The venue is wet lead, we specialize in great quality real ales and a welcoming community environment.
The role will include bar shifts, ordering, stock control, rotas for all staff and running both monthly and summer events. The site itself is just outside Atherstone and we have a lovely large beer garden which last year hosted private parties; along with our annual car show and cider festival; we encourage new ideas and would like to find a long term member for our team.
Bar experience is a must, with consistent periods of employment in the hospitality sector important. A personal licence is preferable but we are happy to send you on this course along with Food Hygiene.
Drivers licence and car essential because of location - we will be looking for someone who lives within 20 mins drive of our site.
