Overview
We are seeking a motivated Operations Intern to join our reputable security firm. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks to support the security team and management
- Observe and report on site activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the coordination of security schedules and resource allocation
- Contribute to the preparation of operational reports and documentation
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance understanding of security protocols
- Engage with clients and staff professionally, fostering positive relationships
- Support in implementing health and safety measures across sites
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant course such as Security Management, Business Administration, or similar field
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen interest in security operations and industry best practices
- Basic IT literacy, including proficiency with MS Office suite
- Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
