Part-Time Hot Tub Technician
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hot Tub Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools. This role involves installation, repair, cleaning, and commissioning of equipment, along with maintaining a pristine showroom and shop.
Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with clients both on-site and in our showroom. A smart appearance is also important, as you'll be representing our business to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and set up hot tubs, swim spas, and related wellness equipment.
- Clean and valet equipment to a high standard.
- Keep the showroom and shop clean, organised, and well-presented.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with queries and advice.
- Maintain a professional and smart appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in hot tub, pool, or spa maintenance is preferred but not essential—training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge would be beneficial.
- A professional, smart appearance and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
