Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a stable, full-time night shift role with a growing logistics business? Carousel Logistics is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy hub team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time through our network to meet critical delivery deadlines.

What We Offer

£13.45 per hour
45 hours per week
Monday – Friday | 16:00 – 01:00
Up to £3,500 per year night allowance
24 days annual leave plus Bank holidays

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Moving and sorting freight within the warehouse
Ensuring freight is processed efficiently to meet trunk departure times
Following standard operating procedures and maintaining contractual performance targets
Working accurately and methodically in a fast-paced environment
Checking and maintaining warehouse equipment including pump trucks and conveyors
Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance
Supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum 3 years’ warehouse experience
A valid Forklift Licence
At least 3 years’ Counterbalance Forklift experience
Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
Good understanding of written English, including numbers and instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A proactive and dependable attitude
