Role: Learning and Development Assistant Coordinator
Location: Hybrid working with a minimum 2 days per week in the Thame office
Salary: £26,283.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
Are you a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional looking to develop your career in Learning & Development?

We're looking for a Learning & Development Assistant Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an outstanding learning experience for colleagues across Affinity Trust.

As part of our Learning & Development team, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support, helping to ensure our training programmes run smoothly and efficiently. If you enjoy working with systems and data, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What will you do?
As our Learning & Development Assistant Coordinator, you will:

Manage learning data and maintain accurate training records
Add and administer courses within learning systems
Monitor attendance and support compliance requirements
Act as the first point of contact for learning-related enquiries via phone and email
Process training bookings, cancellations, and no-shows
Coordinate activities with internal facilitators and support external training providers
Assist with reporting and help identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
Support the collection, analysis, and evaluation of learner feedback
Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes and the overall colleague experience

What will we do?

We offer hybrid working (min. 2 days a week in Thame)
31 days’ annual leave (inc. bank holidays), rising with service
