Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and joinery, with a strong focus on fabrication and assembly. This role offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of diverse projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and project specification.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and components using hand tools and power tools
- Install joinery elements such as doors, fire doors and bespoke furniture
- Carry out heavy lifting of materials safely and efficiently on-site
- Conduct construction painting to finish surfaces to a high standard
- Read technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and screwdrivers
- Competence in operating power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment
