We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join us at our Sittingbourne Branch, ME10. This role will be Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 20:00pm, moving to 13:00pm - 22:00pm on completion of required training.

Responsibilities:

Supervising distribution of orders to team.
Overseeing picking / packing of order.
Preparing orders for dispatch via couriers.
Ensure all pick sheets are signed and completed correctly.
Supervise Warehouse and Yard.
Preparations for the Transport team.
Oversee lockup of the building and complete closedown checklists.
Ensure housekeeping standards are met.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Good, quick computer skills, Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc.
Experience managing a team of 20 people.
At least 1 year experience as a Supervisor of a Warehouse.
Great organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Brilliant task and time management skills.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

IOSH Managing Safely.
Knowledge of Fixings.
Knowledge of construction industry.
Drivers licence is a bonus, but not necessary.
