Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking (0 - Hour) Morning/Evening Café and Bar Assistant to join our team at The Deck rooftop bar, based at 20 St Dunstan's Hill, Monument, EC3R.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our café and bar, preparing food, coffee, drinks, serving lunch, and ensuring that the bar area is kept clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, barista experience, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Previous café/bar and barista experience is essential, excellent customer service is what we are looking for!

Monday-Fridays

7:00 - 15:00

15:00 - 23:00 (Hours are flexible)
30 minute unpaid break with the opportunity for additional overtime.

Responsibilities:

Make Coffees
Serve breakfast, lunch and a selection of hot and cold beverages.
Work in a fast-paced environment
Greet customers and take orders.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Assist in stocking and restocking of supplies.
Operate registers and process payments.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the café's menu items.
Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
