Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Weekday Morning Spin Instructor to join our vibrant fitness team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about promoting health and wellness through engaging indoor cycling classes. The successful candidate will motivate participants, deliver high-energy sessions, and foster a positive environment that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals. Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching, along with a solid understanding of anatomy, will be highly advantageous. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your instructing skills within a supportive community setting.

Responsibilities

Lead energetic and motivating spin classes during weekday mornings, ensuring participants remain engaged and safe throughout each session.
Design and adapt class routines to cater to varying fitness levels and individual needs.
Provide clear instructions on cycling techniques, posture, and safety protocols to maximise workout effectiveness and minimise injury risk.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, camaraderie, and enjoyment among class attendees.
Monitor participants’ form and provide personalised guidance when necessary to optimise performance.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the studio before and after classes.
Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and incorporate innovative elements into classes to keep sessions fresh and exciting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably within a fitness or indoor cycling environment.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy related to exercise and injury prevention.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of individuals.
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness objectives.
Ability to lead classes in a professional, energetic manner while maintaining safety standards.
Flexibility to work weekday mornings consistently; punctuality is essential.
Certification in fitness instruction or indoor cycling (desirable but not mandatory).

This role provides an engaging platform for fitness professionals committed to inspiring others while enhancing their instructing expertise in a dynamic setting.

Pay: £20.00 per hour
