JOB SPECIFICATION
We are currently recruiting for a Flexographic Printer, where you will be responsible for the setting up and running of our Comexi printing presses both 8 & 10 colours.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES
- Responsible for ensuring that the press is ran to its optimum efficiency, working to high standards and set procedures. Ensuring that customers’ requirements are met at all times.
- Responsible for the Print Assistant to ensure maximum uptime is maintained allowing continuous throughput.
- Ensuring all KPI’s across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Cash are achieved and met on a shift by shift basis.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a FlexoPrinting role
- A strong work ethic with the drive and passion to succeed
- A superb attention to detail
- Organised, motivated and calm to work in strategic manner
- Excellent communication skills to be able to ask lots of questions and keep yourself busy
- Min 5 GCSE’s in English and Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above.
