Industrial Spray Painter (Afters Shift)
£18.00 - £20.40 per hour (including 20% shift allowance)
Basic rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour + 20% shift premium

ADE Power Ltd is looking for an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our growing team. This is a permanent afternoon position offering an excellent hourly rate of £18.00 - £20.40 per hour which is inclusive of a 20% shift allowance, alongside a great benefits package and a healthy work-life balance with a 4-day working week.
If you have experience applying industrial coatings to C3 to C5 corrosion protection standards and are confident using airless, air-assisted, and conventional spray equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and apply industrial coatings to surfaces requiring up to C3 to C5 protection.
- Operate airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.
- Mix and apply two-pack paints, including epoxy primers, ensuring durability and adhesion.
- Conduct surface preparation, masking, and finishing techniques.
- Inspect coatings for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter.
- Experience using airless, air-assisted, and conventional pressure pot spray systems.
- Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers.
- Expertise in applying coatings to C3 to C5 environment applications.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure precise application.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Working Hours & Pay
- Afters Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:30am
- 40 hours per week
- Basic hourly rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
- 20% shift allowance applied to all hours worked.
- Actual hourly earnings: £18.00 - £20.40 per hour, dependent on experience.
- No Friday working - enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.
- The business is closed for Bank Holidays and we also enjoy a Christmas shutdown until after the New Year.
