Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As a Laundry Attendant, you'll be an important part of keeping Estelle Manor running behind the scenes. From caring for guest laundry to managing linen and uniforms, you'll help ensure everything is clean, organised and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. If you take pride in the details and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and manage your workload.
Good communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across different departments.
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities service charge:
