We're looking for someone who genuinely loves the craft of bartending, has a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience working behind a busy cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and premium beverages
- Ability to create consistently high-quality drinks with excellent presentation
- Passion for mixology and keeping up with current industry trends
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A professional, energetic, and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Bonus Skills
- Experience creating cocktail menus and seasonal specials
- Flair bartending or creative cocktail development
- Knowledge of stock management and ordering
- WSET or other beverage-related qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional bar environment
- Recommending drinks and providing expert product knowledge to guests
- Assisting with cocktail menu development and seasonal drink promotions
- Managing stock levels and supporting efficient bar operations
- Working closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service
