As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive Administration & Operations Support professional to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, systems and problem-solving. You will support operational delivery by ensuring routine administrative tasks are completed accurately, systems are maintained and processes are followed consistently.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver day-to-day administrative support
· Update trackers, databases and workflow systems

Role Purpose
To provide efficient administrative and operational support that enables the smooth day-to-day running of Speech Tools Therapy (STT). Working within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that routine tasks are completed accurately, systems remain up to date and any issues outside agreed processes are escalated appropriately.
Administration
· Deliver day-to-day administrative support in accordance with STT SOPs
· Process referrals, documentation and correspondence accurately
· Maintain organised electronic filing systems
· Prepare routine forms and documents
Systems & Trackers
· Update operational trackers accurately and in a timely manner
· Maintain workflow, referral and client management systems
· Ensure records are complete, accurate and compliant
· Monitor routine actions and follow up on outstanding items
Operational Support
· Complete routine operational tasks within agreed timescales
· Support onboarding/offboarding administration
· Assist with document control and version management
· Provide project administration support
Communication
· Respond professionally to routine enquiries
· Liaise with clients, associates and external professionals
· Escalate complex queries appropriately
Compliance
· Follow STT policies, SOPs and governance requirements
· Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance
· Ensure documentation meets quality standards
Decision-Making Authority

Own the process, not the exception. The Administration & Operations Support role is responsible for delivering routine operational work consistently within agreed SOPs, while recognising when matters fall outside those processes and require escalation.
