Full job description

Games Workshop has exciting opportunities as we’re looking for designers to join our Design Studio who can realise ideas using a range of digital design software.

Passionate about the Warhammer IP and with the drive to find ways to create and improve miniatures, you’ll work collaboratively with a world class team responsible for the entire process, from design through to pre-production engineering. You’ll be responsible for creating exciting new plastic models using leading edge digital design technology that are complementary and consistent to the Warhammer intellectual property.

Diligent and committed to delivering high standards of quality, we’ll look to you to work to detailed briefs as you deliver finished designs of the highest quality to an agreed schedule. You’ll be responsible for preparing the approved design through precision engineering to ensure each design can be ultimately produced as a high-quality commercial plastic kit. This could include splitting and drafting models to an agreed-upon frame format to ensure they are appropriate to manufacture in our manufacturing facility and easy for our customers to assemble.

As a Miniatures Designer, you can let your imagination flourish as you work in an environment where your ideas can be shared freely. What makes this role special is that you’ll confidently communicate ideas for new and improved designs that demonstrate a deep passion and understanding for our characters, worlds, and stories.

Location: This role is based full time onsite at our UK headquarters in Nottingham.
