We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative and tenacious Family Partner to join our Early Help team, working within our young parents scheme. This role focuses on supporting hard to reach young parents and vulnerable families, both within our housing scheme and the wider community.
You will work directly with families facing complex challenges, building strong, trusting relationships to help them identify their needs, recognise their strengths, and achieve positive, sustainable change. Your work will be time-limited and outcome focused, empowering families to manage independently with support from their own network of family and friends.
You will ensure the voice of the whole family, including children and young people, is heard, respected and acted upon in all assessments, plans and reviews.
You'll work closely with partner agencies as part of the team around the family, using the Signs of Safety approach to help families recognise their strengths. Creativity and persistence will be key in engaging families who may be resistant or have previously disengaged from services
You'll manage your own caseload, meet service timescales and maintain accurate case records using Microsoft 365 and case management systems.
