Full job description

Incidental Ltd is looking for a practical, organised, and proactive individual to join our growing team as Training Support Coordinator.

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting the smooth delivery of our dental education programmes. You will help prepare courses, maintain equipment, manage course kits, and ensure delegates have an excellent experience.

As a small and ambitious company, we all work closely together and support different areas of the business when needed. This means the role will also involve assisting with general operations, including our ecommerce dental supply business.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming delegates, speakers, and visitors to the training centre
Providing a professional and friendly front of house presence on course days
Preparing training rooms, refreshments, equipment, and course materials
Setting up and clearing down course stations before and after events
Managing, checking, organising, and maintaining course kits
Forward planning for upcoming courses to ensure everything is ready
Supporting faculty and delegates throughout course days
Assisting with course administration, attendee lists, and documentation
Helping with email management, spreadsheets, and general admin tasks
Supporting the shop, packing orders, and helping other areas of the business when required

What We’re Looking For

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Practical, hands-on, and willing to get involved
Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and email management
Comfortable learning new systems
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
Friendly, professional, and a good communicator
Willing to support different areas of the business as part of a small team
Able to work Saturdays as required
