Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty services and providing exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, customer service, and front desk management, along with the ability to promote services through social media.
Duties
- Perform eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail (classics, hybrid, volume lashes).
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients' comfort and satisfaction.
- Manage front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and responding to client inquiries.
- Upsell additional beauty services and products to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Promote beauty services through social media management.
Skills
- Proficiency in eyelash extensions application techniques, including classics, hybrid, and volume lashes.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently, including appointment management and client communication.
- Familiarity with social media management for promoting beauty services.
- Strong time management skills to complete services within allotted time frames.
Working Hours
- Monday- Tuesday : 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1:00 PM to 2:00 PM lunch break).
- Thursday: 5pm- 8pm (optional)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3PM (alternate)
We frequently offer opportunities for extra hours/day. For those who are motivated and eager, this presents a chance to earn significantly more by working additional hours, up to 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (Approx. 60 hours)
3. Pay Structure
- Commission: The Employee will receive a 40% - 45% commission on each service performed at a high standard with no refunds.
- Non-client work: £12.21 per hour.
- Bonus Structure:
o £2.50 for each 5-star Google review received from a client.
o £5 for each new client referral to the salon

Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a salon or beauty industry setting
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including time management
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for business promotion
- Previous experience working at a front desk or in a hospitality environment
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and upselling services
