Job Overview (Female Only)

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist / Trainee Assistant Accountant to join our vibrant team! This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their administrative and accounting skills in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the finance team with essential accounting tasks. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals looking to grow their career in office administration and finance.

Duties

Greet visitors, answer phone calls with professionalism, and direct inquiries efficiently
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries
Maintain organized records of appointments, meetings, and office supplies
Assist with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Support the finance team by processing invoices, receipts, and expense reports
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Contribute to maintaining a tidy and efficient office environment to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and basic data entry skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but training will be provided
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
Fast and accurate typing skills to support efficient data entry tasks
Demonstrated clerical experience or familiarity with office procedures is advantageous
