As an Assistant Manager of Wendy’s,you will:

Under the leadership of the Restaurant General Manager,you will manage the daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant
-
Focus specifically on staffing,training,and scheduling,all of which will help build and retain a 5-star team
-
Identify talent and empower your team to grow by providing coaching & development
-
Use effective scheduling to ensure your team is the right place at the right time
-
Be the face of the restaurant to new hires,and crew members’
-
This one’s a no-brainer:you’re key to increasing store sales and profit goals.

Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the business,both Front of House and Back of House
-
Support with local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of your restaurant in your local area
-
Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Help in building a passionate,engaged team that provide a great guest experience and can support with future new site opening
What you bring to the table:
- Experience leading people,even better if you did it in a food service environment.
-
1 year of line operations experience; with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.

1 year of management experience
-
Flexibility to work 44-hour work weeks – must be available all-day parts and days of the week.
Responsibilities Include
-
Manage and supervise Supervisors,Shift Leaders,and Team Members
-
Support the General Manager to oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure all Company standards are adhered to.

Support the delivery of all key training with the General Manager and identifying training needs and capability gaps within the team.

Ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to,including Health and Safety,Food Audits,Stock take,EHO and Financial Audits
-
Build and maintain an efficient team of employees,driving the team towards the business objectives.

Support the manager to control costs without compromising standards and the Wendy’s guest experience,through weekly and daily line checks.

Working in Back of House helping and training the team during peak times
-
Comply with all legislative and Company Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements and help promote a positive safety culture throughout the business.

Travel to other locations (restaurants,area office,etc.) as needed.
