Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Master Technician to oversee the technical operations of our busy workshop. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of vehicles, from cars to vans. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of working independently and guiding junior technicians when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicles (all makes and models).
Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance on both cars and vans.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
Develop and execute regular maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical faults.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A self-starter who can work independently and lead a team when required.
Full and clean driving license.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
