Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Team Leader to inspire and guide our retail team toward excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, motivate staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain merchandising standards, and foster a positive, organized work environment. Duties

Lead and supervise a diverse team of retail associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and sales tracking
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and sales opportunities
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster growth and engagement
Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while managing time efficiently
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Maintain organized records of sales, inventory, staffing, and administrative tasks to support smooth store functioning

Requirements

Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in a retail environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
Demonstrated experience in sales management, merchandising, and organizational planning
Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Previous administrative experience including record-keeping and reporting responsibilities
Exceptional organizational skills paired with strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Management or supervisory experience in retail or related fields is preferred; multilingual capabilities are a plus
